Cell C
Charged for no phone

So Cell C arranged to collect my phone on the same day I posted my report on HelloPeter (thank you Boitumelo) but now, almost 3 weeks later, I still don't have a new phone nor an explanation as to when I will be getting one and yet the full debit order amount was deducted from my bank account this morning. Surely the amount deducted from my account for February should have been be pro-rated seeing as I only had the phone for less than a week?
