DISHONESTY WHEN CONTRACT EXPIRES

On the 18 Of June I called Nashua and spoke to Monique, whom I requested to Cancel my Contract when it ends in September and to migrate my number to prepaid and was told that has been. On Monday a Debit order from Nashua came through. On Tuesday I spoke to Bongeka, who told me that Monique will get back to regarding this issue but she never did. Yesterday I called again and spoke to a guy by the name of Tebogo who also assured me that he will investigate yesterday and call me back, and notify Monique about this issue but no one has returned my calls. I'm very disappointed with Nashua Mobile, after 24 Months of Good Service I did not expect this from them. The Only thing Nashua Knows is to keep on Sending me SMSs that my Cellphone is due for an Upgrade. I HOPE YOU WILL FIX THIS ISSUE... VERY DISAPPOINTED...
