Can't migrate a contract to pre-paid

In February, I gave MORE THAN a months notice, to Nashua Mobile that I want to terminate my contract. I filled out the necessary forms at the Nashua Mobile store at Centurion Mall. When end of March came the contract was NOT terminated. Early April, it was still not terminated. After SEVERAL visits to the store, and a couple of phone calls, I was told that there was some sort of problem on the computer system and the "migration" to prepaid failed. I was told that these migrations can ONLY happen on month-ends, and it is too bad I have to wait until next month, AND HOPE IT THEN WORKS. After lots of complaints and yet more phone calls, some so-called "Manager" phoned me, apologised for the inconvenience and promised me to give me a discount on my next bill, as compensation for the fact that I cant take up a per second billing contract.
Guess what - my new bill arrived FULL PRICE - NO DISCOUNT.
NASHUA MOBILE systems are incompetent. It seems some of their staff are all promises and no results.
NASHUA Mobile - PLEASE TERMINATE MY CONTRACT!!! I HAVE DONE MY LEGAL REQUIREMENT OF SUBMITTING THE FORM WELL AHEAD OF THE NOTICE PERIOD!!! YOU ARE NOW IN BREACH OF CONTRACT!!!
