Brand new faulty MTN may be fake fones n poor serv

Upgraded my contract last year in Nov 2012, the fone had network problem in Dec 2012, i could only take it back in Jan 2013 due to Dec holidays.i took it back n they took it for reapairs, i went to MTN Savanna to ask on it n dey told me it was not going to be fixed but replaced.(i don't hw long was i going to wait because there no attempts from their side to contact me). they gave me a "new fone" which in the same week had same problems, i took it back n dey did some network checks n said it was ok. few days later same problem again.i took it back n they gave me numbedrs to call n i called n i was told they could not see the problem. Then the problem continued... i took the phone back on the 18th Feb n i was told to wait 7 days.i went back after 7days n i was told is nt yet back. i went back today (28 Feb) and i was told is still not back. i told the sales guy to check the where abouts of my phone he made calls and went to the back of the store and came back with my phone. Apparently my phone was taken to the technicians without MTN Savanna attaching the technical report/fault report. I continue paying for this contract phone which i'm not using. To with MTN us. #incompentent#
