On the 28/02/2013 around 11:00 i called the mtn customer care line to be assisted with sim swap, i holded the line for more than 30 minutes before i went through and finally there was life on the other end. i was asked security questions which i answered and i was told that only one question was answered incorrectly and the consultant (Samke Mnaweni) told to go and get correct answers and call back. I asked if there were no alternative questions and said no i must get correct answers. i asked to speak to a supervisor and i was asked million questions again and i answered everything to the best of my knowledge with the desperation to be assisted. i have over and hour trying to be assisted the next minutes there was sudden silence on the mtn side i tried to say hello hello hello and there was no life the next minute the got cut off. i called 173 again of which i waited again for almost 30 minutes and lady called Claudette Martin (MTN polokwane) answered and i told her my story and told me that she wont be able to help me however she will send an email to Deon (Supervisor MTN Durban) to ask him to give me a call back. im still waiting. why would someone suffer to get sim swap???
