PHONE BLACKLISTED

I bought 2 phones in one box so i lost one phone but the imei numbers were 2 on the box and it was not showing which one was for which fone ..so i gave them the imei number for the number that i was still using (without knowing) and they told me the system is refusing for them to black list the fone i should fone the following day that morning before i called in i check on the back of the phone the imei number was there was matching the one i gave them i then called in to tell them not to blacklist that fone they noted on the system that the fone should not be blacklisted and i gave them the correct imei number and they gave me the itc number but after 3 days my fone was no longer working i called in they told me it has been blacklisted and unblacklilsted on the 20th of august they told me to switch it off for 72 hours i did they fone was still not working i switched it off for 3 72 hours and still not, ive been calling in and they've been promising to call me back everyday and no one ever called me even the supervisor by the name of Sando promised to call me nothing even today my fone is not working when i fone they telling me they escalating the report to the department
