Terrible Service and no call backs

I started struggling with network coverage on my phone on the 04/02. I went to the Hatfield branch and was given a technical report to fill and they said someone would get hold of me. On the 14th I went back as I had not heard from anyone at Cell C. I was told my report had never been sent in/ received and they only logged it on the 14th. Again I was promised someone would get back to me. At this point I had been unable to use my phone properly for more than a week. On the 20th of February I phoned customer service as I had still not heard back from anyone. After speaking with the very unhelpful Nonqaba (and after giving in all the information about my problem again) for about 40 min, I was transferred to a technical operator who gave me a 'trouble ticket' number promising that someone would get hold of me (so I gave her all my info again). Still nothing so I went back today to be told it's a congestion problem. After nearly a month no-one ever got back to me and now I'm told there's too many people using phones. I am paying for a contract I cannot use properly and no-one seems to know when it will be fixed.

All in all, terrible service and absolutely no support from Cell C
