In April I upgraded my contract with MTNSP to a Blackberry Z10, one week passed and the phone would freeze and I took it back to the store in Tableview where I upgraded. They told me the phone needs a software upgrade and they did it. I went back the following day and collected the phone. A week later the phone gave me same problem and I took it back to the store & they said they will take it in for repairs and I will be phoneless, so I decided to take the phone in using my MTN insurance. They collected the phone and borrowed me another and after 2 weeks the phone came back and it was working. 3 weeks later the phone would not switch on and I took it back to the store again and they took it in for repairs once again. After a week the phone came back and yesterday the phone would ring but I am unable to pick up any calls.
Throughout this whole thing I have contacted MTNSP asking them to change my contract for another phone as this 1 has been giving me problems since day 1 & it is a factory fault as the Phone has never fallen etc. I am frustrated because I am paying for something that I am not happy with. I am extremely angry and I do not want this phone anymore as it is faulty.
