UPGRADE LINE USELESS!

I have tried 4 times to contact the upgrades line today 082 1959. Each time i have to confirm my cellphone number, then proceed to hold for over 5 minutes each time with the operator's voice telling me I will be transfered to the next available agent, only to be unceremoniously cut off. Very frustrated
