One of the worst call centres ever!

I am a corporate customer trying to get a quote for an upgrade. Doesn't sound too difficult but it has taken over a week of calling for about 30 mins per day and three quote reference numbers. Here is some general feedback on patterns I noticed:

1) Every time you call you are asked for the number in question (press 1 or enter the number). But each person you speak to asks you for your number. What is the point?? That feature is clearly broken and has been broken for as long as I can remember. Take it out if you're not going to use it.

2) The upgrade line is almost never working. I dial 0821959. After asking me to enter my number (which is a useless step as mentioned above), it says: "I'm sorry your call could not be completed".

3) The corporate line forwards you randomly to the customer care line. You dial 1940 (Vodacom business) and choose option 1 you are somehow forwarded to the general customer care line. Oops!

4) When you ask about an upgrade to a corporate account you are sent to upgrades who send you back to corporate who send you back to upgrades (etc). Soul destroying.

I finally got sorted by Kim Goede who did me a quote on the spot. Love her, hate the rest.
