After phoning 082-111 to upgrade an existing contract, I was referred to 082-1940. After choosing 1, 2, 3 etc of automated choices, I finally get through to a human. This human tells me they can't help me, I must dial 082-1940. I told her I just did!!! She realizes her mistake and gives me the number 082-1950.
Same thing, press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, the number in I want to upgrade, # - after 5 minutes I get through to a human. No, sorry, he can't help me - I must now dial 082-1959.
This all from a landline, so remember - these calls aren't free!
I try dial 082-1959. After not finding any of the choices given on the automated answering thingy relating to my query, I choose any one. Eventually get through to a human, who says I've come through to the wrong department, but not to worry - he will redirect my call. He did alright, straight back to the same automated "choose a number" voice I got in the first place. So I choose a different one this time, and get through to another human being eventually.
Oh yes, you guessed it! She refers me to... none other than 082-1940 - RIGHT WHERE I STARTED!
