Bad attitude, feedback, response, late, no delivery

I upgraded my Vodacom contract with the great disapointment, and its not the first time.
On the 14th of February I filled in the online application form to upgrade my contact.
A Vodacom agent phoned me to confirm if all is in order and said my new phone will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days.

Today is the 11th of March and still waiting.
I phoned the call centre 8 times during the period with no avail.
Every day was a different story like - We received stock, the new phone will be delivered tommorow, that was on the 20th of February. There were 3 times that a call centre agent put me on hold for up to 45 minutes at a time.

Its 09:25 at the moment and was put on hold again for 20 minutes, the lady said she just spoke to the warehouse and they cant give her an explination on the holdup.
They have no idea of why there is a holdup.
Im going to climb into my car after this waste of time writing this letter and going to a Cell C shop.

I cant complain about Vodacom's customer service, because there isn't any service.
