Placed on ITC even though my account is being paid

I have had enough of this. Sent all my papers including "Bank Statements" that my account is being debited. Now they want a "affidavit" stating that there is money coming off my account (Then why the did I have to send Bank Statements)... FOR WHAT??? I have now been placed on ITC and cannot purchase a vehicle due to Vodacom being so INCOMPETENT... You sort this out now or I will take this further than HelloPeter... I expect a call today from a MANAGER...

Oh and by the way... they debit when they feel fit to do so (NOT MY PROBLEM)
