Ok Im going to keep it short and sweet as I am sick of complaints of Vodacom by now... I requested R115 to be refunded into my BANK ACCOUNT guess what they refund me with... a R100 In my VODACOM ACCOUNT not bank account? One word INCOMPETENT! Okay I was requested to email my bank statements to [Email Removed] with my vodacom account number as the subject... This was done on Thursday. Friday I follow up to be told I must resend it okay... LEFT IT FOR THE WEEKEND Monday TRANSFERRED from one call centre to another finally speaking to Oupa he tells me NO their email is not working? How is this my problem? Now again I do not have fax facilities!!! Point is what am I supposed to do to get SERVICE and My REFUND? OH initially when I requested a refund On my account this was done without any bank statements on the 31st of July... I want a refund on my Bank Account of R115 immediately without one hassle and inconvenience and just a little bit of GOOD SERVICE...
