No record of bank statemnts

My fiance and I signed a offer to purchase on a property. I required 3 months bank statements for the bond originator as it is standard practice. Absa cannot supply me with 3 months bank statements as they have got no record of 3 months bank statements on my account since I've opened my cheque account in January and can only supply me with 2 months statements. My salary gets paid into this account and debit orders are going of on the account.

Now I can not complete the home loan without the statements. It is not my fault they have got no record of my statements but I'm in the process of loosing the offer to purchase on the property. Who is going to be responsible for it and is Absa going to buy the property on their account since I can not apply because of their negligence. According to the credit ACT the banks must keep at least 5 years bank statements on any account and I cant even get statements for 3 months??? I got an offer to purchase pending and I want answers NOW. I need to submit the statements tomorrow (6 June 2013) or the offer to purchase is going to go to the next potential buyer in line and I will hold Absa personally responsible and will take it further.
