SICK & TIRED of Vodacom's bad service

I laid a complaint against Vodacom on 19 November on hello peter. Vodacom contacted me & apologized for the bad service and promised to look into the matter. I received numerous calls from vodacom stating that they are solving the problem and the money would be in my account soon. "As per our telephonic conversation. Your complaint has been addressed. "

On the 9th of December my money was STILL not in my account! I went to vodacom offices AGAIN! They said that the money was now in my Vodacom account. I said that I asked for the money to be transferred to my bank account. They promised me that my money would be in my account on the 19th of December. Christmas came and went.

On the 2nd of January I went to Vodacom AGAIN! They told me then that they never received a transfer request. After 2 hours at Vodacom trying to sort this out, finally they said everything was sorted out now and the money would be in my account within 7 working days. Today is the 7th working day and still my bank account is empty!

I am so sick and tired of dealing with Vodacom! Monday morning I am laying a complaint with consumer protection. I will also be going to Volksblad with my story. Enough is Enough!!
