Who the F... gave u the right to debit my account

These debited my account without my authorization.. i called them and they told me i must send my bank statements.. R u F... serious. they have all my details but they tell me i need to send bank statements, the only place ima take my bank statements to is the police station. i complained after first R249 debit and another two debits went off thereafter.
first R99 went off the 30 Aug..the then a R249 the 6 Sep and agen the 25th of Sep.. u spoke to my wife bt u debit my account.i want my money back.
