NO RESPONSE FROM WILLIAM

I am working in Arcadia Pretoria. I moved from Vodacom to MTN last year. Since I moved to MTN I am unable to use my phone as I do not have any signal coverage.

I logged a complaint on the 15th of Januayry 2013 and was given a reference number and was told that someone from MTN would be in contact with me shortly to make an appointment to come and see me.

Needless to say I am still waiting for someone to phone me from MTN. I have given them my landline number as they cannot phone me on my cell phone as it is not working as I do not have any signal.

My husband phoned and spoke to William. Apparently he is the only person in Pretoria that could assist me with my problem. I left numerous messages for William to phone me back but I am still waiting.

I cannot use my phone and this is a big frustration to me because why do I then have this contract if I cannot use my phone.

I am really very disappointed in MTN for making empty promises. I pay my subscription fee every month but when you need some assistance from them then they are no where to be seen and making empty promises of someone will phone you.

This is really unacceptable. I will never ever advise anyone to make use of MTN.
