I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELED!

I posted a complaint a week back about poor reception everywhere i go and since then it seems like the signal got even worse. I am still waiting on this to be fixed. it seems i have to do all the calling to follow up!

its really frustrating that i cant use my phone for 95% of the day because at work my phone has no signal at all, so for 8 hours my phone just there. then when i leave work i get sms's saying i have so many missed calls and all my whatsapp and facebook msgs come through.
at home my signal drops every minute or so, i cant make or receive any calls, my data connection never works.
i have really had it with this network. i have to carry 2 phones around just so i can make and receive calls.
like most people i moved to cell c because of the good deals they advertise, but that is all, this is by far the worst network to be on.
the coverage map means nothing! i want this contract cancelled and you guys can have your phone back, no point in having this phone if i cant use it!!! im going to move back to VODACOM
yes I will pay more but at least i will be able to make use of my phone!!!

to anybody reading this, DONT JOIN CELL C!!!
