Empty promises

Vodacom is full of empty promises. On Monday 5 August I posted a complaint regarding a refurbished phone on Hello Peter. Before I posted the complaint, I phoned the Manager Maritza Myburgh of the vodacom repair shop in Kimberley. When I complained about being issued with a refurbished phone she ASSURED me that i would not have any problems... what a lie. a week later phone started with the same problems. I contacted her and complained about the inconvenience and having to drive up and down to the shop. she promised me that someone would come to my work to fetch the phone... im still waiting! I had to take off work to take the phone in for repairs. when the customer care consultant contacted me on 5 August he assured me that they will ask blackberry to replace the phone. the next day someone else phones again and after i had to explain everything again, she hung up on me and I havent heard from them since. Vodacom is full of empty promises that they dont intend to keep. They make empty promises to customers just to keep them happy on which they never deliver!!! EXTREMELY Disappointed in Vodacom!!
