Cutting off my celphonr and tablet without notice

Mtn has cut off my data on both my dongle and my table without prior notice or warning.

I went to the Mtn shop at Key West and the issue has been resolved on my Dongle but I still do not have data available on my tablet. My account balance and all payments are up to date.

Mtn will have to come up with a billing proposal for this matter as the problem started on the 20th of Feb and still has not been sorted out (26th Feb).
I had my contract 3 days before date of billing and was charged pro-rata for the services, so I expect from mtn to propose a billing solution.

I need this issue sorted out as soon as possible.

I have had issues with Mtn on all 3 my contracts with them, and as it stands I will cancel ALL my contracts with mtn once they are done as mtn CANNOT DELIVER ANY FORM OF SERVICE to its customers. Not once have they sorted out my problem on the first attempt. I will also discourage anyone I know from MTN due to Customer Service (Lack Thereof)

I expect from mtn a written apology (not via Hallo Peter), a billing solution regarding the matter discussed and I expect them to explain to me why I should stay on as a customer since their services are NON-EXISTING.
