No Coverage and bad Service

In the second week of January 2013 I called customer care to report that my 3g routers signal is not strong enough, you log on for 3 min and then the signal drops. They then told me I must phone the coverage call centre 083 900 1212 and they will assist me. I phoned them and they asked me for my gps co ordinates. They said they will send out somebody to test the signal. That will take up to 10 working days. After the 10 working days I phoned again and asked them what is going on but no joy. They said they ask the supervisor to contact me. I am also waiting for that call. Then I moved offices with the hope that I will have better coverage but to my surprise the signal is even worse. I contacted the coverage call centre again. The response was we will send someone to to test the signal but I must take my router to Westgate to change it to EDGE. I did that but I still can not connect to internet. So I phoned the coverage department again and report it but they will send someone to test the signal. They tested the router at westgate and it is not faulthy. How can my MTN Blackberry phone get 3g but my router not? How can I pay for something if I do not get the service?
