I migrated to MTN in December 2012 & have had issues with my account from the first statement when I was billed for more calls than I believe possible. I have requested an adhoc itemised bill for invoice no. E830440329 three times & still have received nothing in my email but I have been charged for it. I have also been billed for a tiny amount of data used each month which is ridiculous as I'm supposed to receive 250MB data free per month in my contract. I receive promises from call centre consultants with no results.
