DON'T TRUST VODACOM!!! EVER!!!

Upgrading a contract seems to be an easy thing right? NOT when this is done with vodacom. I upgraded my contract and had to end up paying a migration fee as my contract expired with vodacom, and I still had to pay the migration fee because I opted for a proper phone with a data package.

Fine so I don't mind, but now I am told that migrations will only occur on the 1st of Every month - granted. Then vodacom thought it be funny to cut my FREE minutes completely ultimately leading to close to R 1, 000 having to be paid - instead of my FREE minutes that should have still applied.

So I phoned them the 13th of Feb, and since then I have phoned them daily - since they are too useless to phone call you back. This now after more than 2 weeks - more than 15 SMSe promising me a callback within 24 hours.

They have transferred / bounced my request and kept on blaming the other department - and till today, they still don't know to which department my request should go through - yet they are happy to put through the debit order - which I WILL request BE STOPPED BY my BANK, and ALL FUTURE debit orders until you SORT YOUR!!! I HAVE LOGGED MORE THAN 10 QUERIES NOT 1 has been answered!
