On Sunday the 29th of October i went into a vadoshop to upgrade my contract everything went well i was told that my contract would migrate from everyday 120 to a top up 99 because of the phone i chose. it was said that by the 1 st it would update. I woke up this morning and checked my contract is still on the old package. fine i called vodacom customer care they cant assist me as they cant get through to the migration department (how the is that my problem?). So i called the store and a guy named Mohammed promised to investigate and get back to me. He has since not contacted me. i called again and he is unavailable. So who do i turn to because nobody is willing to assist in the but Vodacom is quick to debit my account every month. I have never recieved this kind of service from them in all the years i have been with them. In the same breath my friend upgraded as well and is struggling with the same thing, When did vodacom become so useless Iam shocked at the complaints on Hello Peter with Vodacom. SO COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO BECAUSE EVEN VODACOM CONSULTANTS DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
