Bundle loaded, but no internet connectivity

I visited the the Cell C shop in Centurion Mall to investigate why I do not have 3G connection to the Internet for the last two weeks.

The shop assistant helped me and checked both my Cell C 3G dongles and he confirmed that the problem is not with me as both Sim are active, and no errors.

The shop assistant did inform me that Cell C does have a problem with there Internet connection and that he had various complaints. He did indicate that this has been going on for the last two weeks and can not give me an exact time line as to when this problem will be resolved as it initially was going to take 7 days.

Well Cell C, what are your answers?

1) When will the 3G service be up and running again?
2) How will you reimburse the users for the bundles loaded, because if you do not use within 30 days it expires?

Your response will be appreciated urgently as currently I am siting with two Cell C paper weights which I can't use.
