With MTN and its poor service!!!

I have had it with MTN and the way they deal with coverage/latency issues on their 3G/HSPA network.

After having 3 towers down in the North Riding area since 21 January 2013, MTN has confirmed on 22/02/2013 that all towers have been restored in full.

Now please explain to me why packet loss/ high latency/congestion is still found on my FULL signal 3G/HSPA, the same connection that worked for 3 months with no hassle until the towers went down - probably due to the lack of maintenance and couldn't care less attitude towards your customers.

I use my connection for both online gaming on international servers as well as working from home.

I want to know what is going on and what MTN are going to do to get it fixed. I did not take out a 24 month contract to receive service 3 months down the line. Do not waste my time to send out a technician to view my hardware setup - the fault is not on my side for the umpteenth time. Get the modem / sim replaced - I don't care what MTN does but I want that which I pay for every month.

Do not send me generic mails and statements such as 10 working day turnaround times as that simply won't do. I have had it with your appalling service!!!
