One month tower repairs - North Riding

I am highly furious and disappointed with the way MTN in general deal with customer complaints and queries. Why do the customers experiencing problems have to follow up and report a problem at least ten times before getting any answers?

I have phoned MTN Coverage, at least twice within the past week, due to 3G connectivity issues in my area. I have been told the North Riding area has had a tower fault since 21/01/2013 - I phoned on 12/02/2013 to get answers as I now have a 24 month data contract that is utterly useless. (Other call ref # include ref # 00003490946 - Sizakele)

Further to the above, I subsequenty mailed MTN Coverage and received a response after 3 days with the following information:

Please note we are currently experiencing problems with our sites T194, T6881 & T2429 in the area of Northriding. Our Engineers are attending to them.

Now according to the above, 3 towers in the area are affected - huge congestion issues with a full signal for 3G - absolute nightmarish performance for both work and online gaming.

I will not rest until service is fully functional again - no generic responses please.
