3G Signal Suddenly Dead

I have had 8ta mobile broadband 10GB per month contact now for 6 months and have had flawless high speed internet connectivity until now where for the past 2 weeks, my 3G/HSPA connectivity is at about 15% uptime. For every 3 days downtime I have been getting a 6 hour period uptime.
When I insert the data sim into a cell phone, it shows absolutely no 3G/HSPA signal. I have spoken to technical support and they assured me that the towers I connect to are 100% and the speeds in my area are above average. I usually use the sim in a USB modem which I plug into a 3G wireless router to create a WiFi broadband connection within my home. I have tried to plug the USB stick direct into my PC and took the sim out to put directly into a cell phone but still no signal/connectivity. Customer care did a sim check while I was on the phone and they assure me that the sim is 100%. After speaking to 5 people at customer care and technical, one of the reps say that 8ta has been having a known issue wrt 3G connectivity and we as customers must just bare with it as there is nothing we can do.

This is ridiculous! No ETA, SLA's not a concern. Just wait... until forever.
