NO DATA COVERAGE - BAD SERVICE

We signed up a new data service with Vodacom Greenstone Mall in January. After many visits back to the store to try and sort why the dongle would not work (various reasons were given) by the staff at the shop, but no resolution. * really bad service as well as Manager.
Eventually I went onto Vodacoms web site and viewed the data coverege - there is no coverage at our home or place of work.
After logging a call with Vodacom on the 05.02.2013 we were advised that a service technician would be in contact, again on the 07.02.13 I called the technical department, no resolution. Again on the 14.02.13 I called, no resolution.
On the 19.02.13 I called again only to be told our service call was closed. I had to re open a whole new call.
blah blah long story. A technician came to our premises on thursday, their findings were that there is no signal in the area??? It is not a remote area. Bottom line is today is the 25.02.13 and there is still no signal.
We want a refund from Vodacom for the months we have paid with no service.
Terrible service, .
I have service call numbers, dates and times of all calls
