After numerous months and many calls regarding bad signal and data coverage in my house as I battle to log onto the internet and making and receiving calls, I'm still waiting for a response from Vodacom. On the 9/07 my patience ran out and called customer care I was assured on the 9/07 at 14h00 that someone would call me back in a few minutes. I called back at 15h30 only to hear my call was never logged. Had to go through the whole story again only this time demanded a ref number. Called back on the 10/07 as still had no response. Got a call on the 10/07 at 12h00 from Jason to let me know that they going to install a tower but can't tell me when it's going to happen. Said that does not suite me as i've been hearing the same story for a year i want an answer and the problem sorted, said they will call me back. I called again on the 12/07 as hadn't heard anything and was informed that they can't do anything for me if i'm not calling from my house i must call back when at home. Got home at 19h30 and called once again to be told that they would escalate my query and will call back. If this ongoing problem is not resolved i want all my contracts with vodacom cancelled.
