STILL BEING CHARGED ON INTENDED BLACKBERRY USAGE

You may not use your BIS, BISBES, BB TS and BES services for purposes for which it is not intended. BlackBerry services are intended for internet browsing, social networking services, Instant Messaging (e.g. BBM), web-based and corporate email, BlackBerry App World and other services that are part of your BlackBerry plan ("Intended Usage") - This is according to their policy. For these you won't be charged.

The lady using the phone is deaf. She doesn't anything from the internet. She goes on to read the news and check facebook. She gets charged everytime she goes on. Even when changing her status on BBM. Now explain this to me!

I have another MTN contract and Blackberry. NO AIRTIME GETS DEDUCTED WHEN BROWSING, CHECKING FACEBOOK, ETC!!

I want to know why is this!!! Then MTN goes against BB Policy regarding the Intended Service!!!
