Goodday, We have been having problems with signal in the heidelberg area for a few months now. We have contacted vodacom and they say they will have a look and nothing happens. We run a business and our clients can't get ahold of us on the vodacom numbers. This is a big problem for all concerned. Vodacom said they will check why calls are not coming through, emails and sms's. If our clients can't get ahold of anyone that works in our company, then we cannot make any money. This is a big problem and we have resorted to putting a headline in our newspaper ad, that vodacom is unreliable. This is not acceptable. We expect vodacom to handle this problem and deal with it accordingly.
