I complained about Vodacom just over a week ago on HelloPeter.
Vodacom responded with (what seems to be) a general reply of how they will contact me and assist with my problem. It's now a week later, I have not heard a word from them.

My guess is that they just reply initially to save face on HelloPeter, but never tend to the actual problems clients have?
I have also contacted Vodacom Rivonia a couple of times (since first being to them last week Wednesday), I have contacted the Call Center a few times, I have written to HelloPeter.

Vodacom is not responding.

I really thought Vodacom would jump at the opportunity to sort out a huge billing problem caused by one of their staff members, but apparently not.

It also seems Vodacom Rivonia does not even have an on site manager - I have never been able to speak to one? All promises made by staff members that someone will call me back and assist me have all been.
