POOR AND VERY BAD SERVICES and breach of contract

VODACOM's services have deteriorated extremely from one contract to the next! Our first contract worked as agreed Both parties were happy and the mobile phone rendered a good service. The next contract and the so-called SMART phone is a nightmare. The phone does not deliver and VODACOM refuses to change it to a workable one. Provision of the rest of the monthly contract is also a nightmare because VODACOM changes it from month to month. For 6 months I complained per telephone at customer services, in 4 different customer services shops and I literally beg VODACOM to solve the problem they created by NOT honoring the agreement, but they are not interested to deliver any proper service. VODACOM is doing absolutely NOTHING to solve the problem. Now suddenly VODACOM wants to settle the matter BUT ON THEIR TERMS after they have NOT provided the services promised in the verbal and written contract but they want me to pay them more than R5000 for NO services rendered. I have also now asked the CONSUMER SERVICES to intervene. Please, can anyone give advice as what more I can do and how solve the problem? Do you have the same or similar problems with VODACOM?
