I have ongoing problems with Vodacom reception at my place of residence for the past few months. It got so bad with regards to dropped/missed call's that I moved two of my Vodacom Business voice contracts to Cell C. Unfortunately I am tied into a data contract with Vodacom, which I cannot use because of the reception and problems with data through-put at my residence. Therefore I believe that Vodacom is in breach of contract. I am not receiving the service which I am paying for. Therefore if you cannot resolve my problems I would like you to cancel my contract. I am more than willing to work with the technicians to resolve this problem, but unfortunately I have logged calls with the call center twice, but have received no communication after that. Please contact me urgently to resolve this problem.
