Repetitive SMS's, Not receiving sms's

Good Day,

My cellphone was previously giving problems where I could not phone my daughter. This problem was resolved timeously by 8ta. At the time I had another issue with my phone where I would receive up to 20 duplicates of certain sms's. My sister in Portugal also isnt receiving my sms's and I am not receiving hers. One of the numbers that I receive multiple sms's from is my daughters number which I previously had problems calling.

Please could this be resolved ASAP.
