Airtime and Data Bundles

Firstly i have using Cellc Prepaid from November 2011 if I am not mistaken.
I normally purchase Airtime and Exchange it data bundles... cz their R7.50 u get 50MB data bundles and R15 you get 100MB thats what i normally buy.
In the past few weeks i bought R35 airtime and exchange it to bundles.
I noticed only yesterday that my data bundles and airtime just become 0 balance without using any internet service or making calls.
Its very upseting coz when i called them they told me about investigating and meanwhile i cant buy airtime and i also cant load airtime coz i dont knw ehts gona happen...
