DATA BUNDLES

Telecommunications

I bought data bundles in February 2013 - 1G worth R200 and I was billed for the R200. 227MB was used before the 01/03/2013 when I got 500 MB of data from 8ta. When I used the internet, 8ta started to deduct from the 500MB they just loaded so I had a balance of 773 MB. Today the 773 MB of the data bundles I bought is gone. I phoned 183 to find out what happened with my bundles they told me the bundles have expired. My question is do I get change back from 8ta for the bundles that I did not get to use? According to the 8ta call centre I forfeit my 773 MB which I did not get to use but I was charged for. To me this is daylight ; is this how 8ta make money by ripping of their clients? How can they say the airtime you have bought has expired? What happens with the data bundles when they take them back do they re-sell them for profit again while I paid for them already? This a bit unfair because its my money we are talking about here not bundles I'm given for free I paid for them. Can someone make this clear to me how does it happen? How many clients is 8ta doing this to?
