Bad service and the worst repair eve

I would like to express my unhappiness toward vodacom, i have been a vodacom client for years now, i have a blackberry bold 9300 i have taken my phone to vodacom cresta repair centre last year the scroll button gave me problems got the phone back, same the scroll button jumps around and then starts to freeze completely the phone never fell or have any liquid damage, i gave the phone in again about a week ago they took the phone and sent me a message the day after that my phone is ready for collection, i went to go and pick it up and it suddenly was uneconomical to be repaired, i spoke to one of the technicians and he said he will re-book my phone and send it to advanced repairs as i am not going to accept the fact that the phone is uneconomical to repair. I phoned a min ago and no one re booked my phone and i have to pay R75 for assessment fees, My phone is under warranty, the track pad is damaged that is not my problem it just means the previous technician didn't do his job correctly now i must pay and get a broken phone back, i will cancel with vodacom and make sure everyone knows about this service even if i have to go to the papers this is unacceptable, and not my problem!
