Absolutely pathetic service!!! Data bundles

I purchased databundles on Sunday 24 Nov 16:27 as I need to use them urgently after my airtime was automatically converted to bundles without my permission. As I write now I still don't have the data bundles in my phone more than 36hours has lapsed & I am so frustrated. I called callcentre first time yesterday morning & was told to call back @16:30 if I still don't have the data bundles. When I called at 16:30 some lady went on asking me same questions. Then she said I must call 082155, There another lady she told me she will log a service request now another frastrating response "The SLA for this is 24hrs" Now I've waited the 1st 24hrs & this dept is also telling me about 24hrs, I called again this morning this is after another 12hrs lapsed, I spoke to Vuyo he tells me the data service dept only works from 8:00-17:00 but the lady that logged my call never told me about 24working hours she only said 24hours. Now tell me this Vuyo cannot tell me the exact time that they will call me buy it will be wthing 24 of which 14hrs passed already. I asked why they don't transfer data bundles as I paid for them already While they investigate & Vuyo tells me they can't do that!! FRUSTRATED
