Cellphone now B.E.R???

More than 3 months ago, I took 2 handsets to the store to be repaired, the agent told us both had to go for software upgrade, we booked it in. Mine was returned, still giving me the same problems, and an uncaught error, my son's was B.E.R, apparently water damage, but when we handed it in the dot was not red and there was no water damage. Now all of a sudden it is, what happened in the time they had the handset? There is also a scratch on the inside of the screen, the plastic at the side was not closed and the phone no longer made or receive calls. I complained to Stefan, the manager, and he said to bring the handset back for a 2nd opinion because he also could not see the damage on the photos. We brought the handset back, after I made numerous calls because Stefan never called back I was told the handset is water damage. I want this resolved because this handset was working, the screen just went black. The way Stefan handled this situation is appauling, he never returned my calls, I had to keep calling him back and we were never given a fault report and how was the phone now B.E.R all of a sudden. This needs to be resolved ASAP or I'll cancel the contract!
