Last year 18 December 2013 I made an online upgrade with vodacom for a samsung 7 inch tab 3. Of which the sales person then was Thomas. Not knowing what was going on. The sales agent ordered a lenovo tab 10 inch and I refused to sign for the phone the delivery man brought on the 20 December. I then called the vodacom onllne sales to tell them a wrong handset was delivered sameday. Then the lady told me that she will send an sms to the admin ladies to reverse my upgrade and I must check after 48 hrs. Called again after 48 hours only to be told that after 7 working days. Today I called 06 January 2014 again another agent told it hasn't been done nothing has been recorded on the system. And told me she has sent an email to the administrators to call me back. I called again on the 6 January 2014 only to be told I must call the administrators directly on 0117674000. I've received nothing being taken for a ride by vodacom online staff. All I want is I want my upgrade reversed so that I can cancel the contract. The vodacom number I've been calling is 278217844.
