I upgraded my contract in August 2012 as I was due for an upgade. I upgraded from a blackberry to an Iphone. No one felt the need to inform me that I am still subscribed to my Blackberry services which I used be charged for at R51.75 (excl. VAT) a month. Surely if I upgrade to an Iphone I should not be charged for this services?

Therefore after 6 months at R50 a month, I have paid an amount of /- R 300 for a service that I do not use.
I really think that they should be much more thorough when performing an upgrade. Seriously! It is a waste of my money! It is obvious that an Iphone user that buys meg every month is not using the blackberry service.
