Charged for Blackberryservice on an Iphone contrac

With my upgrade i got an I phone and signed a contact for it with its services. After a few months i Saw that i was being charged for Blackberry services (BIS) on my I phone. I phoned Vodacom and they said that they will cancel the service but not reimburse me!! How can you charge me for BIS and Iphone services. Is it not common sense to cancel the BIS??? What happened to good service???
