Lakeside 8ta / telkom is useless

I am disgusted!!! For the last several of months regularly I am at their branch (as you cannot reach them via phone). They have NEVER, NEVER, EVER 3G modems in stock, and I don't think they ever will. I wanted to purchase one of their offers, but what is the point if I won't get a modem? I read a lot of complains for the *ta branch in Lakeside, however I can see that the management doesn't give a. One "potential" customer (I'm sure there is more) placed here a similar complaint in June 2012... 8 months down the line and they still do not have modems... What is the point of having TWO STORES in one mall if none of them provides services. The staff is more interested to have a great chat with each other then assist a customer. Well there is only one solution since the management does exactly the same as their staff (NOTHING), we will go to spend money at your competition!!!
