Charge iPhone users Blackberry BIS service

New iPhone 5 was released earlier this yr so I upgraded frm a Blackberry service. I told Mpho at Brooklyn Pretoria Branch that I'll upgrade to iPhone bt I want to keep my Blackberry so I'll purchase a separate sim card to continue using my Blackberry service which obviously means UPGRADE TO iPHONE USING THE CURRENT SIM CARD AND PURCHASE A NEW SIM CARD TO USE IN OLD BLACKBERRY.
2day I phone the customer care line to enquire why my bill is so high & it turns out that Vodacom is continuing to charge former Blackberry users for the BIS service. The lady who I spoke to at the call centre actually had the nerve to imply that I communicated via "IMAGINATION". She also said that some people who upgrade to iPhone don't use the handset & therefore the BIS service still gets deducted. She wanted to only suspend the charge & not go further to have the charges refunded to me. I argued & said there was nothing vague about my upgrade request & I didn't communicate via "IMAGINATION". I was clear & I want the charges reversed. I'm sure there are many unsuspecting people out there being charged for BIS service they aren't using so Vodacom can line their pockets even more. Disgusting!!
