I send the following to Nashua mobile and got no response for my query.
receieved a new account and it still has not been corected.
it is costing me money to phone them all the time and get told they are looking into it and a month later still nothing has changed.

Hi
I have looked at my invoice and do not agree with what I have been charged.
You are charging me as follows :
1. I am been charged for the old blackberry contract but not get the services that go with it. Eg. Calls and internet.
2. I am been charged for the new iPhone but not with the services that go with it.
3. I put a block on data up to R100 but I have been charged R146.54.
4. I was given an amount of R100 per month for 1g data but have been charged R149.
5. Why if I have extra data of 1g a month, did my airtime go over the limit. I should not been charged any data unless I also go over the 1 g per month.
6. I cannot use my blackberry anymore as Nashua mobile has disconnected the old sim card.
Regarding the above I will not pay for this account until it has been rectified.
I got a sms saying I can go and get a upgrade.
I went to the sore and got an upgrade. I had two wait nearly two weeks before I go
