I have never received such bad service in my life. I have lodged a query re: Jan 2013 billing (internet usage) on 07/02/2013 to this day nobody has contacted me to tell me what is going on or that they are still trying to resolve my query. My concern is that since i have been a cellc customer ( /- 8-9 years) i have never experienced these ludicrous billing amounts for internet usage. My previous Nokia smart phone i use to download music and all sorts but never had such a crazy internet bill. Why on earth is this happening now with my upgraded phone (iphone 4s). The consultant that i ordered the phone with through cellc direct did not advise me of any additional charges to my account. I actually feel like cancelling my contract with cellc coz really i couldnt be bothered with all this "bull". I have called to follow up on my query a couple of times already and have been promised that the person dealing with my query will call me and still to date no luck.
