Upgrade 2 years ago now has a billing problem

On the 7 Of Feb 2013 I went to cellc - cape gate- cape town to purchage a 3 g modem. The consul.ant told me there seems to be a problem with my account..She said that I am still owing R500 and odd rand. I replied it is impossible. She checked the system and according to theirs I didn't settle the amount before receiving my upgrade. Which I did as you know you can't recieve an upgrade if the account is not settled. Yet cell c never made contact with me informing me of the problem. After several calls and visits to cell c and e mails. The problem has not been sorted out. I do not have the bank receipts anymore as it was 2 and a half years ago. My name must be cleared as it is going to affect my future.
